Wat maakt ERD Begeleiding & Advies zo uniek?
ERD Begeleiding & Advies werkt met één vaste contactpersoon voor elke cliënt. Dit is ten alle tijden een hulpverlener met een HBO achtergrond.Indien nodig ontvangt de cliënt zorg van meerdere hulpverleners. ERD Begeleiding & Advies heeft hierbij het streven om per cliënt nooit meer dan drie hulpverleners die over de vloer komen in te zetten.
